THE YOGA LESSONS
TEACHER: ANE BERG VIGHALS
The yoga classes take place in the beautiful garden under the pergola. In the open air the breath becomes more free, the perspective becomes larger and you can feel that the body is filled with life energy. The yoga classes are a mixture of Hatha yoga, calm vinyasa (yoga flow), yin yoga, breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation.
We start the day with soft morning yoga (Hatha / calm vinyasa) and ends the session with Yin yoga. There will be a few days with slightly longer sessions with a breathing -and a mindfulness workshop. The teacher also taught ” Yoga Bata” which is a mixture of yoga and Tabata and has become very popular.
The yoga vacation will be a break from daily demands and achievements, and an opportunity for replenishment and inspiration in a hectic everyday life. When the program is complete, the participants have practiced yoga every day, hiked one day in the mountains, relaxed and taken in nature's healing effect on body and soul. Guests will return home with inspiration and better health! This yoga vacation is ideal for singles, couples, friends or groups and is open also for all levels, also for beginners.

VISIT GRANADA & ALHAMBRA (8 HOURS)
• Join us on an excursion to Granada and Alhambra. Starting off visiting Alhambra, the 13th century old palace and gardens are among the finest Islamic constructions in the world. Set on the footsteps of the Sierra Nevada peaks, it is a true jewel. Next up, we explore the old Arabic architecture and narrow streets of Granada (Albaicín), filled with tapas bars and Spanish/Moorish culture. Finishing off with a delicious lunch overlooking the beautiful views of Alhambra and the old city of Granada, it will leave you wanting to come back again and again.
• Price: 180€ per person, 10 hours, minimum 4 people.
CATAMARAN CRUISE WITH LUNCH ON BOARD (4 HOURS)
• We are sailing on a catamaran for three hours from Marina del Este, a 23 minute drive along the coast from Finca Parrilla. A wonderful adventure with possibilities of snorkelling amongst ocean wildlife, paddle boarding and enjoying a delicious plant-based lunch onboard.
• Price: 170€ per person.... 4 hours duration, minimum 8 people.
The excursions are not included in the price and are paid separately upon registration.
