- Maximum number of guests is 12 (+1)
- Minimum stay: 7 days
- Check-in is 16:00 local time / 4 pm
- Check-out is 10:00 local time / 10 am
- House cleaning after departure is included in the rental price.
- When renting for 2 weeks or more there is a cleaning service provided once a week.
- All linen and towels are included in the rental price. Guests are advised to bring their own beach towels.
- Gardening and full house cleaning post departure are included in the price
- Pets of any kind are not allowed on the property
- Non-smoking villa
- Activities or other services upon request (not included in rental rate) are to be paid in local currency in advance of the stay
- Self-catering. Arrangements can be made for catering services upon request
- Available for Long Term Rentals (4 weeks +)
- The main house and small house can be rented separately in the winter
- Heating in the winter season is not included and will be an additional charge based on usage. Please inquire for approximate costs
- As the property is in a residential area it has to be quiet after 11 PM
- Renter has to sign a villa rental- and deposit agreement
